That is the upper tray in the freezer does not stay in and always comes out half way such that it interferes with the bottom tray and one cannot load or remove items easily. We need a large freezer as we have a lot of frozen items and at this point, they really do not fit in the regular fridge. This is a commercial size refrigeratorfreezer and there is so much room! The racks are heavyweight so you can place plenty of things on them. I spoke with Wayfair the day it was delivered and they were amazing. They are going to be sending out a replacement. I will update when I receive my replacement. We are so excited! Delivery service is great as they keep you as to when they are going to arrive. UPDATE- I received my replacements and it is gorgeous!
