Excellent pan. Unlike many other pans this one has the aluminum all the way up the sides rather than just on the bottom. Tried Demeyere and know 100 that this is it. Steady, even heating that doesn’t drop when food goes in. Super easy to clean after letting it cool, soak a bit and wash.
