Update: after installation, I am removing one star. The sink bottom is quite flat so not all the water washes down when I spray it clean. I often need to clean the inner corners and bottom to keep it looking nice. The sink is very large. It fit my 36-in cabinet but was a tight squeeze. I love the variety of accessories. Theres a small lip at the front and back of the shelf that can hold the cutting board and rinse tray. I imagine this lip would get a lot of debris. There are two circles cut into the sink. One is for the faucet and were using the other one for push button on the garbage disposal but I suppose it was meant for liquid soap. This sink has some spray insulation under it and around it, but other sinks Ive installed had more foam or thicker insulation that helps with noise transfer when theres dishes in there. Really love our single bowl sink. I had a double stainless steel sink for a while and have always wanted the big, white, sink that will make it so much easier to wash pots and pans and just soak things. Was packed very well, no damage whatsoever to it considering it is a fire clay sink. It was not the exact exact measurements we needed, because our sink opening was cut into granite, not in a complete rectangle sheet, but more rounded on the edges. But my husband made it work. Be aware, that the lovely strainerbasket that comes with it is not compatible with a garbage disposal. Doesn’t have the groove around it to attach the garbage disposal. We had to go to Lowe’s to get a different one, and will be donating this one. Hence the 4 stars. . It came with a bottom rack to place your dishes on and pots and pans, so less chance in scratching. . But I’m not sure I’m going to keep that in there as I like to wipe out and rinse the sink when I’m finished and do not wanna have to take this in and out.
