As pictured. Delivery team did a decent job setting it up. One annoying thing was that the clear plastic protector that wrapped the headboard roots itself behind where the led lights are, so pulling it totally out is a pain. The bed is very nice and shipped quickly. It was very easy to put together (although heavy). We paired it with an adjustable base and tempur-pedic mattress totaling about 15”. This bed is so sturdy and gorgeous. It took maybe an hour to assemble, not hard at all. The headboard is very comfortable too. Super tall people beware though.
