Wonderful, simple ease of operation, & effective cleaning, with deceptively large drum & depth for great load size. Worried for years at new digital machines due to past experiences with locking lids, poor fill depths, & pre-mature drains with lid open while gathering missed items… But, turns out that’s mostly my fault LOL. This one still does it, but have everything ready to go (cancels premature drain, & irritation at locked lid once washing begins). Fill depth is based on load type, if you require full water fill depths… select Heavy Duty for large loads… other weight sensitive pre-sets are great.. Cecilia. Fri Sep 04 2026

Samsung top load washer with soft close lid and self-clean

Good washer I waited around two weeks for it to be delivered. The delivery thing did not install or haul away my old washer. I had a runaround with three different companies to solve this issue. Eventually, Wayfair just refunded me for the delivery. Definitely will not use Wayfair again for large appliances.. Maria. Hahira, GA. Thu Sep 24 2026

I really love the look of the dryer. It has so many great settings to choose from and I like that I can simply add "more dry" to the options. The lint basket is easy to clear out and the capacity of the unit is stellar. I haven't tried out all the drying options like steam, etc., but I am sure I will. I also enjoy the notifications that the dryer has finished popping up on my watch through the WiFi settings. Keeps me from making extra early trips into the basement to check to see if a cycle is complete. Overall, I really love my dryer.. Willowbrookie57. Fisherville, KY. Mon Oct 05 2026

I purchased my Samsung top-load washer and dryer from Wayfair, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! I’ve had them for almost two years now, and they’ve worked wonderfully with no issues whatsoever. The washer does a great job cleaning my clothes, and I’ve been very satisfied with their performance and reliability. I’m glad I made this purchase, and I would definitely recommend this washer. I had to get the dryer as well. So if anyone looking for dependable appliances. So far, they have been well worth the investment!. Antonio G. Fri Oct 09 2026
