This was exceedingly well packed. These bizarre spirals of twisted kraft paper did a surprising good job of padding and cushioning a loose bowl, while the tank came in a separate but equally well padded box. I love this toilet. I have another kohler toilet with the 1.28 gpf flush so I knew I wanted one similar to that one. The flush is powerful and circles the whole bowl. My contractor was very impressed with the flush...lol... and said it was a simple install. I chose the black one because I always wanted an all black bathroom. It has a gloss on it, and yes, has to be wiped constantly. Constant wiping doesn't bother me at all. I also have the matching Cimarron pedestal sink. I do agree that for the price of this toilet, a seat should be included. The wood paneling and toilet paper holder are also from Wayfair. It was well-packaged with thick foam so the only issue I had was that the lid had a small crack on it. I'm not sure how that happened but I reached out to Wayfair and asked could they send just a new lid. Wayfair reached out to the supplier and they sent me a whole new toilet...lol. I explained that the original toilet was already installed. I was told to just switch out the lids, print out the Fedex label and they came back in a couple of days and picked up the new toilet. I thought it would have been easier to send a new lid but Wayfair handled it fast and I'm happy.. Anonymous. US. Fri Mar 08 2024

The concealed trapway and smooth ceramic streamline routine cleaning, while quiet soft-close seats on these colored toilets ensure long-term dependability and quiet performance.

This arrived in good shape as far as the packaging. Inside it was packed inside very, very strong styrofoam. So much so, my 200 lb husband could stand on it empty. Installation was mefium Duffy. Tightening the bolts inside was hard unless there is a plumber tool that does it easily. Profile is smaller than our old one but sits higher. There is not much space on top to set anything.. I do like the smooth sides for cleaning. I’m adding an addendum. This toilet clogs very, very easily. It is hard to unclog. I would probably change to 3 stars and not fully recommend.. Cynthia Lauren. US. Thu Oct 08 2026

It’s…nice. I bought it because it had a matching sink vanity that matched my specifications, and I wanted to have additional storage that looked cohesive. There are some chips in the paint here and there. Nothing terrible, but it’s not perfect.. Alyson. New York, NY. Sun Jan 12 2025
