We created our Essentials line by talking to cooks like you and designing it with your needs in mind. The result is a collection that combines the ease of nonstick with the freedom to go from stovetop to oven to table and with the quality that's made us a chef favorite for decades. Incredibly versatile, perfectly stackable, and easy to clean, Essentials nonstick from All-Clad is designed to fit the way you cook and live.

Both my Granddaughter and I love All-Clad cookware. I bought a couple for her for Christmas and also some for myself to add to our collection. This product is so easy to use and also to clean. I don't put them in the dishwasher because there is no reason to do that Thank You!. Theresa. Hamilton, NJ. Tue May 05 2026

Experience even heat and exceptional release with Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware. Constructed with heavy gauge anodized aluminum for durability and even heat distribution throughout the sides and bottom of the pan, Viking Hard Anodized Cookware features a stainless-steel base making it exceptionally stable and compatible with all cooktops including induction. Accepted worldwide as one of the most conductive metals for cooking, the aluminum is strengthened through the anodizing process until it is twice as hard as stainless steel, giving you durability without giving up conductivity. Featuring a titanium infused Triple-layer nonstick for superior release, durability and longevity, even when using metal utensils. The multi-layer coating improves release and protection even if the top layer is scratched over time. The fry pans feature flared rims for easy tossing and drip-free pouring. Viking Hard Anodized Cookware can be used on all cooktops, including induction, in the oven, or on the grill up to 500°F, making it perfect for finishing dishes the same way a professional chef does. Viking Hard Anodized Nonstick Cookware is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand washing to extend the life of the nonstick and to keep your cookware looking new. This nonstick stove top griddle delivers superior long-lasting performance for effortless food release over and over again, so you can cook with confidence and serve even the most delicate food with ease. Elevate your cooking experience with Calphalon Premier, and enjoy the exceptional performance with endless possibilities. Designated chemical disclosure: this product contains PTFE, aluminum, and stainless steel (iron, chromium, nickel, manganese, copper, phosphorus).

I wanted a non-stick griddle that would be good for eggs or pancakes. I know these types of teflon non-stick pans are being fazed out for ceramic non-stick. I have both and find that ceramic non-stick just doesn't offer the same non-stick performance. So I will keep using this as long as I can.. Julie. CA. Wed May 27 2026
