We chose the refund as the holes were coverable and minimal. We were afraid if we chose exchange, it come even more damaged, as others’s reviews had mentioned. The head and tail of the bed are all designed with tufting, which has a beautiful appearance. It also has a charging port and a led strip, which is very practical.
