I absolutely love this furniture! I bought the 5 piece option and am blown away with the quality. I agree with the other reviews that it is a darker brown in person than what the pictures show, but it is beautiful in person and couldn't be happier. Wayfair also did an awesome job with the in home delivery. I had an appointment come up during my delivery window and they were able to coordinate with the driver to make the delivery work just in time! The nightstands, dresser, and chest only require the legs to be installed (which I couldn't do on my own as they were too heavy), and so the bed was the only thing that needed to be built-and it can be done by one person (wouldn't necessarily recommend though lol). Thanks for the great furniture! I would 100% recommend!. Anonymous. Fri Oct 30 2026

Very happy with this bed frame. It was easy to put together and looks as expected. I like the classic look of the bed frame and it looks high quality. Beautiful, well made heavy bed. However not white glove service, just “delivered and put together but my husband had to tighten everything as the crew did not even have proper tools. Whomever Wayfair has contracted with doesn’t even provide the crew with tools (other than a drill), no lift on truck so one person has to slide the box off the truck while the other one had to receive it. This furniture is extremely heavy. They unpacked in the room, sliding “heavy” furniture out of the box scratching my new hardwood flooring just installed the day prior. Took away packing but left residual trash. I had to ask they put the boxes on the contractor paper to open rather than on my new floor. Not sure they were happy as it meant they had to carry it about an extra 5-10 feet. I get it was heavy but then deliver should ensure these poor employees have moving straps, proper equipment and proper tools. Charge more for “white glove” but then make it white glove and don’t put delivery team at risk and train as to not damage someone’s home.. Heather. Bainbridge Island, WA. Mon Jul 29 2024
