Durable materials, nice deep seat couch. Only disappointment is that the color isn’t what I expected. Thought the color would have some tealsea blue to it but it’s a true navy color.. Stacey. Plainfield, IL. Sun Aug 02 2026

This sofa delivers a generous profile and an inviting look to update your home. It's crafted with a solid wood frame that rests on low-profile legs for a grounded silhouette. Linen blend upholstery adds smooth texture across the seat and back, while foam and feather fill provides soft, supportive cushioning for everyday lounging. Loose, reversible back and seat cushions offer easy maintenance and balanced wear over time. It also includes coordinating accent pillows that complete the tailored appearance.

Truly a beautiful, comfy couch. We have had it for a little over a year now and love it. It’s very cushy and has great depth. It’s also super easy to clean—most spills/dirt can be wiped with a wet paper towel without a sign of it if you are quick enough. We use hand held carpet cleaner for the more difficult ones, and it comes out easily with that. The fabric is starting to pill, but that’s expected and really my only complaint. Update 3 years in--still beautiful. Got lazy and put the cushion covers in the washer/dryer on low heat instead of using the carpet cleaner, and they came out completely fine & look brand new! Will always recommend this couch!. Kaylee. South Carolina. Fri May 29 2026

Just arrived an hour ago. Assembling the legs was very simple and easy. We ordered the cream sofa and it is stunning. It is very comfortable and soft. It is replacing a leather sofa that I got 30 years of use out of. I hope this sofa can last at least half as long as my first one. I am not sure how well it will wear yet as it just arrived. The only complaint I had was with the delivery. They had the sofa loaded on one of those hand trucks and was coming down the driveway, but instead of using my concrete walkway to the front door, they cut through my front yard and got stuck it the grass. They then picked up the box, which had a wad of dirt and grass stuck in the corner and brought it into my living room with their dirty shoes without any booties, along with the wad of dirt and grass.. Nice sofa. It was tight fit to put together so follow the instructions if tge fasteners shoujd be left loosened before next piece install. I woukd personally swap i believe was tge long brace for installing next piece and return to it after next piece cones in play. Sofa is little stiff as others mentioned, but still quite comfortable. Easy to get out of due to that stiffness. The angle of the back piece coukd be less not to lean so far from the sitting position. Happy with tge price point (sale). Nice color.. Radek. Slim tapered arms and a tightly padded back make Digby feel roomy even in smaller areas. Its exclamation-point arm is finished with a tall tapered leg to add visual height, and the tight back enhances the architectural feel of this style while offering surprising comfort.

Flex steel furniture is excellent. Built to last a lifetime. The color is light beige (moondust), the material is like a light tweed. The seating is more on the firm side, not going to sink into this one. This is my second sofa in the last 18 years, and it is replacing a flexsteel sofa. Highly recommend this product.. Robert. This review goes out to the skeptical yet thorough person who cringes at making large purchase site unseen. That was definitely me, with my tape measure and goggling what chenille fabric. DELIVERY- comes in one big box that was probably 5"8ft tall and 3ft wide. Was able to fit on my small apartment elevator with myself and the 2 movers. UNBOXING - couch comes pretty much assembled with a separate box containing the legs. SETUP - I had the pleasure of not putting the couch together. Wayfair had a special for free assembly at the time of my purchase so the movers put the couch together. It took no time because they simply screwed the legs on. VISUAL IMPRESSION - beautiful, true to color...definelty blue lol. was really worried about the length of the couch as I was deciding whether to buy or not but it works for me in an open concept studio apartment for one (650sqft). Could sit with 1 friend spaciously or 2 others hip to hip. COMFORT - Couch is firm, not unbearablly firm more like doctor office chair firm or car seat firm. I was looking to avoid velvet type or the teddy bear/boneless couch fabric for my next couch...more of a linen was the goal. This is a good medium for me in terms of fabric...like a low cut fluffy linen. When sitting and laying, if youre looking for a squishy memory foam cloud couch like experience this is not it. I'd say this is a couch for someone who doesn't spend a lot of time sitting on a couch (if that makes sense). FUNCTIONALITY - the seats cushions aren't removable...the middle is boundtogether so no worries about the cushions moving around, only thing is the back cushions those can be moved around and the covers removed...I believe if you want to clean it you'll have to invest in a cute fabric cleaner machine. Very much true to size. Armrests are firm with some cushion...if you push hard enough you'll feel stillness but comfy non the less. NEGATIVES(kinda) - I find the foldable back to be weird. It doesnt flop or anything it just makes the piece feel less serious. I suppose it was a space saving hack for packaging...could probably finesse a sleeping sofa situation out of it. Just weird. Read a lot of reviews and watched a the wayfair specialist video multiple times before taking the plunge. Happy with this purchase overall.. Joshalyn. Augusta, GA. Sun Oct 11 2026

Comfortable sofa! Color as pictured, conveniently well-packaged in one big box with one day shipping! Cozy chenille fabric and zip off removable cushion covers.. Vicky. Wells, ME. Sat Aug 22 2026

This was worth waiting for. Beautiful lines, and nice and firm. It's hard to find a new sofa that won't look anachronistic in a vintage 1930 home, but this does the trick. A pleasant surprise is that it sits a little higher than I expected. The fabric is soft to touch, and it comes with two matching square pillows. I'm delighted with this sofa! Pls excuse background mess-wallpapering.. Erin. Buffalo, MN. Thu Jul 25 2024

It looks more expensive than what it is and impressed how much nicer it is in person. It is very comfortable and firm. The seats a quite deep. Looks great in our sitting room. Highly recommend!. Yvette. Spring, TX. Thu Aug 06 2026

Elevate your living space with the Fred Smart Storage Sofa Overall Dimensions: 86.6"W × 35"D × 35"H—where style, functionality, and space-saving design meet. Crafted for modern urban dwellers, renters, and small-family households, this striped fabric sofa combines timeless aesthetics with practical under-seat storage, making it the perfect centerpiece for apartments, studios, or cozy living rooms.

This sofa was easy to put together for my husband, although he needed me to hold the edge of one section of the sofa to help with sliding the latch in between the furniture pieces. The set looks just like the picture, so this is great. It is pretty huge and may not be the best for our space, but it will suffice for now. It took a few days for the pillows to fluff out (expand) to look puffy - so do not be discouraged when you see that it looks flat initially. I love the stripes and hope to pair it with a white fluffy rug to add some contrast from the wood floor.. Ugochi. Wake Forest, NC. Sat May 23 2026

Couch is extremely well made…all fabric seams are straight and frame is solid. It is firm for seating but not unforgiving or uncomfortable..I feel it will hold up well. Fabric is a blue gray pillow ticking and high quality. I sprayed with Scotchgard but think spills would roll off anyway. Delivery was great: two guys moved my old couch for me then unpacked and put the new one in place. From what I explored at local stores I feel this couch was a good buy!. Nancy Justine.
