The sofa is lovely and also comfortable. My reduction of a star is due to delivery issues. I needed advance notice of delivery for very good reasons which were explained in advance. My delivery window was changed to accommodate me. I was assured there would be a 30-45 minute advance call which we had to have. There was a map of the delivery truck’s location on the website which I followed. Once the truck had been 20 miles away for an extended time and the end of the delivery period was approaching, I went over to the delivery address some 5 minutes away. I arrived to find the deliverymen putting together the sofa in the parking area. The deliverymen just laughed when I said I hadn’t gotten a call. They said they’d been told not to call on deliveries. This is a lovely mid century modern couch. It arrived very well packaged but did have a small scuff on the back of one of the cushions. It was hard to out together with two people. The directions say to put the arm on, then the back but either way was hard. Once they were together it slides together to lock and the feet go on.
