Amazing bed!! Putting it together definitely requires two people but it has very straightforward instructions. At a 140lbs I was able to climb on it and the bed was extremely sturdy. The bed is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. It even came with foam extras to keep kiddos from getting bumps and lights which made a little party underneath and an app to control them!!! This is an awesome bed, however, you need patience when you’re putting it together read the instructions carefully. It took about four hours, but it was well worth it.!! I put it together for my grandson, he absolutely adores it underneath the bed. You can see a little fort he takes his truck in cars and sometimes he even naps underneath. And on the front side of the bed is a nice desk. where he does his homework.. however the lights to come with it do not circumference around the whole bottom of the bed. This is a nice loft bed set and while slightly more expensive than other sets it is worth the money. This set has the best layout in my opinion for under the bed and that alone is worth the extra cost. It took me about 3.5 hours to fully assemble by myself moving at a relaxed pace. The parts and instructions are labeled fairly well with one extra of each screw. I have not anchored it to the wall yet but it is very sturdy even being on carpet. Overall the bed is nice. My son really wanted a loft type bed so we chose this one for the look and also based on the good reviews. A lot of people said it was fairly easy to put together. The directions kinda sucked and it was just annoying to put together. Everything was labeled nicely at least. The insert with the Allen type key bolt isn’t our favorite type of securing mechanism but we cut the Allen key and made a drill bit making it a lot easier. Some of the wood pieces weren’t perfect or hollowed out enough. A piece actually came damaged but Wayfair sent out a new one right away, which was much appreciated. It doesn’t feel like the most solid structure. It’s fine to be sleeping on but I did warn my 4 year old not to be jumping or hanging on it. Time will tell how it holds up.. Gina. Ny, NY.
