The package arrived a little worse for the trip. Was sent flat in just an envelope packing. The zippers were hard to get started on the sides due to the curve of the bag. There is the front window and 2 smaller ones on the sides but they have flaps so you have to roll them up for your pet to see out.,No stabilizing strap across the chest area so is a little off balance and could come off easily if the pet moves around a lot. This is a great buy for me! I am an 80 year old widow who does not have the muscle I did when younger. I have 2 rescue cats which weigh about 10#s each. This cat carrier is so high quality and the craftsmanship is fantastic. I honestly am surprised it is this well made. The only thing I could recommend for the company is to make the side stiffer in some way to prevent the small bit of sagging while it’s standing up. (see photo). The backpack straps and top handle are made from thick, high-quality material with tight, secure stitching throughout. The zippers feel sturdy, and every snap and buckle is well-placed and built to last. Separate storage compartments for toys and pet necessities are a thoughtful touch for pet parents on the go. Plus, generous airflow keeps your fur baby cool and comfortable for the whole journey. The handsome cat model shown is 13 pounds for reference. He is a big boi and the carrier is definitely too small for him, however that is why the company wayfair ask you to measure your pet before ordering! I really like this locker stand. My kids usually just come in and throw their backpacks on the ground. Now we have a place to put backpacks and shoes and makes mornings so much easier. Very easily assembled and feels pretty sturdy. I did turn it upside down so that I can have the smaller cubby work as a shoe holder.
