Taking away a star for a chunk of wood that was nicked out of a screw hole, made it difficult to tighten. The wood grain had two fairly deep horizontal cracks on the underside of the tabletop. Once it was assembled it looks beautiful and is sturdy, due to the manufacturer flaws well have to see if it stays that way.
