I purchased these for the living room thinking. I was going to go more Polynesian in my second home when I got new furniture. That didn’t happen so I put them in the bedroom. They’re fine there but I will probably eventually change them out since they are not the best with this furniture either. They were a great price. Excellent quality, beautiful lamp with a nice number of color options. I chose green yellow. The glass shades are hand blown in clear and white, the. Thehand painted, and baked enamel. The shades are heavier, and larger, than most of this styles the lamp base has nice detailing. I like the leaves. We placed two lamps on a niche above our wet bar. Be aware, the green yellow has an extremely yellow light. I had warm white bulbs 2700 kelvin and it looked like a yellow bug light. I changed them to bright white 3000 kelvin and it helped, substantially. Wayfair is a great space and with the help of ChatGPT, we found these lamps. They fit my vibe perfectly. As you can see, it looks exactly as advertised. It took about a half hour to set up, it was more finicky than anything. The instructions are vague but you can do it with some thought. After they were put together, they just looked so great and provided the exact right lighting I wanted, I want to leave them on all the time. I was super excited to receive these lamps I thought they would match kind of a neutral tone around the room. They are quite large and yes, I looked at the measurements and compared it to the lamp that I had in that spot before I purchased. There are two things that do stick out. I had read it and somebody else’s review after I placed the order and now I’m wondering if I would’ve noticed or if it would’ve bothered me before reading it elsewhere. Maybe I wasn’t paying attention when purchasing the lamps however I thought they were going to be a little bit more distinct from each other. You can tell they were mass produced. I was going more for the natural vibe as opposed to “we got twins” look. Maybe if I used them in separate rooms. However that defeats the purpose.
