Stunning table, but requires a project to make it safe at least for me! This table looks amazing and the top is much more durable than standard tile. It does feel like tile, but it is not. However, the manufacturer’s support board stops 6 inches short of the edge. This leaves the rim vulnerable to cracking if someone leans on it to stand up. Because of this design flaw, I had to source a massive sheet of 3/4-inch plywood, get it delivered, and have it custom-cut into a perfect 58-inch circle to replace the factory piece. Aside from this installation hassle that can lead to injuries the leg is well-supported and the table is beautiful. Dimensions are spot on, definitely can fit 8, comfortably 6 chairs around..
