The rectangular dining table comes with a leaf, so this table can sit 8 people when fully extended and six when it's fully collapsed. This set also includes 6 dining chairs with curved, slatted back and faux leather-upholstered seats with a contrasting black hue.

I love this dining set. It is beautiful. Sitting at it with guests feels comfortable, warm, and cozy. The chairs are well padded. There was a problem with the upholstery on one of the chairs and customer service took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. Took me about five hours to put this whole set together, not bad for a 70 year old woman. I made a mistake on the first chair, had to disassemble and redo. My fault even though the instructions were a little sketchy. The chairs were a little time consuming, the bench and table were a breeze. Included in this time was cleanup, cutting up the cardboard and using the plastic coverings as trash bags for the styrofoam and small pieces. The table is a 5 star! Super heavy nice quality! The chairs are nice but not quite as heavy. The table took about an hour for 1 person to assemble so might be easier faster with 2 people. The biggest delay was lining up the screws to attach the top. The table was packaged securely and arrived without flaws. I love the dark color which is brown with a black undertone. Inspect table and chairs carefully asap. Mine came with multiple cracks in various pieces. Box came all taped up. Dining set is pretty. Not what I thought I was ordering. Seems cheaply made. Seats are compact so you can sit closer to the table while eating. Feels like plastic finishing even when it says wood. Quality and color of seats are more yellowish than cream and seems to be able to show dirt or stain if you spill something. Top is cut up into small wood and not a solid surface.
