This rowing machine is high quality and solid wood. It took about 45 minutes to build. It comes with a funnel to fill it up with water. It also gives you two app suggestions you can use to give you specific workouts with instructors. It folds up easily which is an awesome feature so it doesnt take up a lot of space. Took me about 20 minutes just to get it out of the box and unpacked, then it took way too long to assemble. I have a bad back and neck and it’s not easy for me to sit on the floor for more than a few minutes at a time. There is a part of assembly with what they call the long axis (axsi is printed in the book) that is really frustrating because you have to remove their bolt and washers from one end to install and it is covered in grease. While the assembly was a literally a pain for me, using it seems like it will be worth it. The resistance control is a dial in the center below the monitor which is different for me but seems easy enough. I connected the wires from the monitor to the hand sensors bar the only way they would connect and I’m not getting a reading from it. Honestly that’s not a big deal for me as it does not affect my performance, but I’m sure I’ll have to look at it some more to make it work. I’m just too tired right now to care. Arrived very quickly and was packaged very well. Assembly took about an hour or so, but everything fits tightly and it worked right away. There are a lot of great things about this exercise bicycle starting with the manageable size. It does everything a good exercise bike should do, but it's not bulky at all. The resistance knob to make it easier or harder is easy to turn and the seat adjusts nicely. A few things I love about it are the stretch arm and chest strengthening bands. They're in the perfect spot and I really appreciate getting a more complete workout. It's easy to reset and the display cycles through distance, speed and miles per hour and if you have your hand on the bars, it measures pulse and records it. I was a little intimidated when I first opened the box, it looked like alot of different parts. Thankfully what I thought was multiple pieces was actually just alot of packing materials, so this bike is seriously well protected in shipping. I was able to assemble it by myself and it has wheels on the bottom of one side so moving it wasn't hard. The bike has smooth peddling and the resistance is easy to adjust. This is such a wonderful upgrade to an old spring very small rebounder (24" wide jump space ) that I had been using for about two months. It basically had no bounce. It was sitting unused. Was given to me by a neighbor years ago. Then I got interested in rebounding again after joining a few Facebook Rebounding groups. I did a lot of research before purchasing this rebounder and this particular size. What a wonderful jump experience I am having. It is so much easier on my body. I feel much more confident on the larger mat which is a 31" jump space. More room to move my legs in all positions. On my smaller one I was hesitant to move much for fear of jumping on the springs. This is a quality rebounder. Very sturdy, was easy to put together. I watched a youtube that helped with that process. I am 67.5 inches tall, 137 lbs. Have size 10.5" feet. 69 years old. I am very active and highly recommend this rebounder. I have not changed the bungees as I have only been jumping on this for a few weeks. I know in time I will change them to see what other type of bounce I can get. This was one of the reasons I wanted to purchase a rebounder with bungees so I could change them up. I don't plan on folding this down. I purchased the folding unit because it was $100 cheaper than the 550PRO which a representative from JumpSport told me they are the same units except it is cheaper to ship the folding unit.
