It took awhile to get here but after assemble, I wasn’t sad about it. The texture of this chenille fabric is soft but yet looks very high end fabric. The seating is firm but it is just what I wanted . The two pillows are made very well and really finish off the look of this sofasleeper. Now to get to the nifty part. You pull out the bottom front and you basically have a two or even three small people chaise to put your feet if. When you want it for a bed, just lay down the back piece. This is so good when the grands or company stay over. I wish I could take better pictures but this is a super small room but if you want a very nice looking sofabed, a firm seat, and beautiful atheistic, I think you should get it. So easy to put together even by yourself--only need to attach the arm rests and legs. No tools needed as.the screws and hex key are provided. The hardest part was taking it out of the box (or in my case, ripping the box away from the couch). As a couch, it feels great if you like stiffer support, like I do. If youre looking for a cloud to sit on, this aint it. Similarly the bed portion is kinda of stiff for sleeping but its easily solved by a mattress topper. Its super easy to fold and unfold, but mine didnt come with directions, so here are some tips. To flatten it to a bed, unfold the seat to flat first. Then unzip the pockets in the back of the backrest and unbend the legs for the backrest. After, gently pull the backrest forward first (like the backseat of your car when youre trying to get to your trunk from the inside of your car) and then push it all the way back to the floor. If you want to recline, you have to pull it up to the desired angle from the flat position. Note, the back has a huge exposed zipper (see pic) so if you dont put it against a wall, youll probably want a throw blanket or something else to hide it. Fair warning, it seems smaller than a twin in terms of width so larger guests and guests who roll in their sleep may feel uncomfortable with the width. This is perfect for my needs, I just wanted something that looked nice but also was functional. The color is a very nice gray and it fits the small space I had. It is hard but not that uncomfortable. I won't know how well it last for a few months, but as of now I am really happy. It took my grandson a little over an hour to put together. Bought this for extra bedroom/office. Wanted something that would accommodate adult guests and hold up to usage by kids, but didn't want the traditional sofabed style with those thin mattresses. This fit the bill exactly. comfortable as a coich and also as a bed. I also got a mattress topper to add when being used as a bed for extra comfort and guests commented it was more comfy than their bed at home. The material is casual style and cushion covers can be zipped off for laundering. I paid for Wayfair to assemble because I'm not good at that, so I can't speak to that. Pull out the bed frame under the seat. There are two length options. When it is not fully pulled out, it becomes a chaise sofa, and when it is fully pulled out, this sofa can quickly turn into a king size bed for resting.

Overall I am satisfied with the product. My concern is the velcro to secure the back cushions. I wish they had manufacturered that with something better.
