Assembly takes a while! Removing the Saran Wrap from the roofing panels is tedious and ridiculous. Once completely assembled I will update this review with my thoughts. We like this patio gazebo. We assembled it in 2-1/2 hours. It took 2 people but one could accomplish it alone. The step by step instructions were great! We were able to assemble it with the wrench included in the kit, but a drill would have been a welcome tool. The screw packaging had deteriorated so they were all mixed up. Having the screws presorted would have made the process quicker. The first half of assembly took the longest, but steps 7-13 were super quick and easy. It was worth all the effort. This is a very nice tent! Not quite as elegant as shown in the photos, but if you spend a lot of time lining up all the seams and securing the velcro ties, you can get pretty close. I got this to bring to eventsgatherings where there will be food served or not enough shade. It’s going to be perfect! I can’t wait to try it with string lights. ) The bag is about 41 lbs, but the long straps make it easy(ish) to pack around. The assembly was tricky, and the instructions were vague (at best). When laying the top over, the instructions do not tell you to loop the open hole through the pop-up arms, but you definitely have to. I decided to “trust the process”, but soon realized that was absolutely necessary. So I ended up breaking it down a bit, making the adjustments and then finished the setup. One more note (complaint) but you really do need a second set of hands to extend the tent, or else it moves in inches. Preferably someone with muscle because clicking the side posts took a lot of core strength I do not have. Also, you need to stake it or a slight wind might knock it over. This is a very large 12x12 canopy with a wheeled bag. I missed the fact that it came with a wheeled bag and was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box. The setup is easy and my only two criticisms are the placement of the Velcro straps on the frame, and the size of the bag. The straps end up looped directly over the hinges on every single one (see photos) so make them loose when you’re setting up the canopy. The bag it comes with barely fits this larger canopy and there is zero extra room if you want to add on the side walls later. I’ll probably get a larger bag.
