Great lamps, easy to install. I chose the plug-in mount rather than junction box. The instructions could have been a bit clearer. They made no mention of what do to with the ground wire, and said to use electrical tape on exposed wires, but all wires came completely capped out of the box.. Rebecca. Trumbull, CT. It’s made of steel and features a round base plate, a hanging chain, a lantern-like top, and a dome-shaped shade. Hardwire installation is required, and we recommend a 100W standard bulb (not included). This light is compatible with a sloped ceiling; add a dimmer switch (not included) to set just the right mood. I bought a pair of these swing arm sconces for either side of my bed, and I really love the overall look! Theyre oversized, which is exactly what I wanted, and they make such a beautiful statement in the room. They give the space that polished, high-end hotel feel without being overly fancy. My only complaint is the lampshades. I wish they were a little nicer quality and had a softer, more muted color instead of such a bright white. I think that would elevate the look even more. Overall, Im really happy with the size, style, and impact they make!. Danielle. CO. Sun Oct 11 2026
