It is believed that he was working on designs for either the homes designed about that time or for his own homes, Taliesin and Taliesin West. As there are no specific notations on the drawings, they have not been assigned to any particular project.

This adapted globe stand showcases the 60 degree angled legs and the hexagonal top of a small accent table designed for the totally new special Dining Pavilion bordered by the garden terraces of the San Marcos in the Desert Hotel, Chandler, Arizona.

Get a closer look at the world, thanks to the gyro-matic mounting that swings up or down to bring any area into closer view. Vivid map to help easily distinguish political boundaries. Numbered full-meridian and gyro assembly.

This is a well-made, accurate globe with a raised relief to represent topography like mountain ranges. My one complaint is that the color of the holder looks a little darker in the online picture as though it were an antique brass finish, and the actual color is bright golden (spray-painted steel?), so uniform in color that it almost looks plastic. There is also a small blue plastic disk at the top of the holder that isn't shown in the picture. This is still very good; as an object of decor, it's not quite what I wanted.. Mary. Boston, MA.
