I wish there were 16 but I can purchase s-hooks. had a little trouble with my wall I didn't think I was going to need the anchors but I did and the anchors provided are pretty flimsy so I hope this holds up if not I have more angers. it was missing a little plastic piece that goes on the screw cover but I'm not going to use them anyway. all in all it's not a bad double rack utensil holder, they did not knock this one out of the park for quality but the appearance is suitable for my needs..
