Very nice piece. More shelves--four--than many other baker's racks. Piece is nice, moderate height. "Assembly" is really only unfolding the front vertical pieces and folding down the shelves. I love this rod! It is made of a strong black metal iron making it very sturdy. It feels good to the touch. I needed a rod that could be hung on a slanted wall and the design allows for it to be hung at any angle. I think it looks amazing! I loved it so much I bought 3!
