Hubbardton Forge Mahogany Lamp

Looking for a conversation piece? The Shield Floor Lamp is a showstopper. Two large plates of heavily forged steel are gently curved to great effect. The large back plate is curved vertically creating a concave surface. This heavily forged surface is illuminated by LED shielded by the smaller, narrower, sleek outer plate that is vertically curved and standing off the larger steel plate hiding the LED element from view. A dimmer rod, located at the back of the lamp allows for easy adjustment of the light to create just the right mood. The dimmer rod, stem and base are available in any of our standard finishes.

This table lamp deserves to be alone in the center of a room on a pedestal. That gives the ability to walk around the piece to get a full grasp of the shapes created by the hand-forged steel pieces when they join and part throughout this design. All Hubbardton Forge products are hand-crafted to last one at a time in Vermont.

When this table lamp was introduced, it included impressions in the steel created by a fuller hammer. Today, the heavy steel of our Fullered table lamp still comes in full curves, but not fuller curves. Forged by artisans here in Vermont, each piece is unique. All Hubbardton Forge products are hand-crafted to last one at a time in Vermont.

Beautiful!. Kelly. Syracuse, NY. Wed Apr 15 2026

Brindille meets steel with multi-faceted "twigs" forged from red-hot round bar stock hammered for texture and shape by our Vermont artisans. The steel sculptures' lean provides a striking counterpoint to the steel base bar's vertical line.

In chess, the movement of the rook is the easiest to understand - it's all straight lines and it can be placed in any space on the board to great benefit. Our Rook two-light floor lamp, with lines of handcrafted steel, fits the description well.

Resembling a tree branch, this rustic table lamp is finished in a dark bronze with gold undertones. The oatmeal linen shade has natural light slubbing.

A traditional design with a literal twist, the modern blacksmiths here at Hubbardton Forge have crafted the famous twin basket design of yesteryear to adorn today's rooms. Every Hubbardton Forge table lamp is a piece of heirloom quality sculpture. They define the essence of what hand-forged lighting is all about. The inspired use of opposed curves is a signature Forge technique, creating sweeps and contours that change as you move around them.

Simple and classic, great quality, love all lamps from this brand.. Nathalie. Saint-lazare, QC. Sun Jun 13 2021

The "Stasis" of our table lamp could just as easily reference what happens to people who see it up close for the first time - they stop as they consider the careful balancing act performed by iron hand-forged into gentle curves and counterbalanced by the elegant glass.

I finally bought this lamp, it looks perfect in my family room. Looks simple and elegant. Love, love, love it!. Teresa. Troy, MI. Mon Apr 11 2022

By definition, it's not possible to almost get to infinity. But the name for our table lamp may come from the gracefully sweeping curves of hand-forged steel that almost create the infinity symbol. Or the fact that looking at the beautiful craftsmanship never gets old.

The lamps were perfect! We are using them as bedside lamps and the look like they came with the bed set. Quite pleased with them.. Cheryl. Vail, AZ. Sat Nov 16 2019

Our ceiling light is an example of "sylvan steel." Tendrils curl around the glass bowl and sprout delicate, hand-forged iron leaves to create an eye-catching design. Handcrafted by artisans at our forge here in Vermont, each piece is unique. All Hubbardton Forge products are hand-crafted to last one at a time in Vermont.

Purchased multiple leaf lights and they are works of art. The Hubbardton Forge brand is great quality and this light is worth the price- it is incredibly well-made. The fact that the bowl is open makes it very easy to dust inside and out. We have it on a dimmer. It is sturdy and beautiful and we are very happy with it 2+ years later. If we move, we would purchase again.. Laura. US. Sun Aug 10 2025

This lamp was a little pricey but it's a work of art and love it's simplicity. It's heavy and stays put, plus the button switch is on back side out of view. Have used Wayfair to find one of a kind items before and am always pleased! Thank you Wayfair!!. Michael. US. Sun Oct 03 2021
