This hot tub has been fantastic! We have used it year round with no problems. Tub is simple, basic, and solid. Our climate here deep freezes, and we just throw a moving blanket or 2 over the lid when we expect sub zero temps. Its really an efficient little tub. Idk about 7, but 4 people seat comfortably.. Melinda. NC. Fri Oct 16 2026

LED lights offer added convenience at night, and it's freeze-resistant if you want to enjoy them during chillier months. This tub includes an insulated cover that locks as needed.

We don't have it up and running but are experienced hot tub owners and so far it looks great. Well made, good layout, so far easy to set up.. Carolyn. Towson, MD. Sun May 24 2026

Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, Im mostly a happy customer. 1 Week Update Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, theres a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). So, to screw-on the cover lift arm, I had to use 0.25 spacers at each screw location. Not the end of the world, but pretty annoying. 3 Month Update Its been great, but three annoying things that have revealed themselves worth mentioning. (1) The filter lid cover floats away under any, any surge of water. (2) There is no shutoff valve on the drain port. It cost me only 15 to add one, but kind of silly. (3) Expect a lot of leaching from the metal components over the first several months. It discolors the water. Im on my 4th refill now. Hopefully its done with the leaching. 6 Month Update All pretty much the same as the 3 month update, but I will add that the fact that one of the drink holders is at such an angle that no drink could ever actually sit there is a bit frustrating.. The spa panel replacement kit offers an economical way to re-skirt a hot tub with weathered panels. The flexible design and unique built-in flange allow for a quick and simple installation. The Flexible Spa Panel will fit spas that are less than 96″ x 96″ (or 32′) in total length and with a panel height of less than 34.5″. The Flexible Spa Panel can be installed right over your existing skirting! If you choose to remove the skirting, some additional framework will be necessary to reinforce where the panels overlap. The panels have a built-in overlap design, which makes installation easier. To continue access to the spa's equipment panel, we include flange pieces for an access door. More information is provided in our instructions manual. The panels ship in a single carton in 5 separate rolls, with color-matched screws included. The installer will need a circular saw, a string, measuring tape, a drill, and a pencil.

Haven’t connected to power yet. The delivery went very well considering the spa weighed almost a ton! The delivery team (Hugo+1) were great and very professional. Update: The headrests are melting black gooey stuff onto the spa liner and got on my neck, shoulders and hair. What a mess to clean up! Why would this type of materials be used in a spa??? NOT HAPPY!!!. Annette. Antioch, CA. Mon Jun 07 2021

Received it June 2023 and set it up in July, took down in September for the winter. We just put it back up (May 2024) and and it leaks air from the air intake valve. Did trouble shooting, tried to tighten it and still leaks. We wasted our money. Index is honoring the 1 year warranty but not too hopeful that will fix it. So disappointed it was only used for 3 moths!! UPDATE Intex sent us a new tub, warranty held up. It has held up now 2 summers!!! Update got replacement still working great after 3 years. Barb. Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if youre hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a 220v hot tub would. We just got ours set up this week and plan on only running it from May through Sept.. Alissa. New Haven, MI. Sun Oct 11 2026

Featuring computer panel control for temperature and massage modes, it maintains constant water temperature for prolonged comfort. The spa-like experience with adjustable hydromassage helps relieve muscle tension, offering convenient smart operation for home relaxation.

Love my tub! Surprisingly there is a learning curve. If your rear end just so happens to pop the drain and you have the whirlpool on you get quite the spray of water directly to your face. I warned my husband and he still did it. The air bubbles and water jets are strong which is nice but you do get water everywhere. But that is a small price to pay for all those bubbles. My husband was not sure he wanted a tub any longer. The original plan was for a two person tub. But our space ended up not quite big enough. This is about the biggest I could find in a decent price range. We both kind of fit if we entangle. He is 6’4” and I am 5’10”so that is a challenge. But he is now a big fan of the tub.. Choya.
