Homesteadgardner Bird Feeder

This traditional log cabin hopper style feeder is made from reclaimed natural cedar and can hold over 10 lbs. of bird seed. The Bird in Hand Valley Forge Hopper Bird Feeder gets its name from the encampment of George Washington's continental army during the winter. A section from the back wall can be removed to enable the piece to clean and maintain the piece. There is a collar on the base to attach to a post.

Love this- was a gift for my husband as a log cabin bird feeder we had succumbed to a bear. This feeder is a work of art! It is amazing, so beautiful we actually have it inside yet in our timber frame home and will decorate it with lights for the holidays… then build a telescoping post for it. It is definitely a part of our landscaping plans for the spring. Well built and beautiful!. Loretta. Thu Nov 18 2021

Turn your yard into a bird lovers' paradise with this Perky-Pet Squirrel-Be-Gone II Country Style Bird Feeder. Attract everything from cardinals, finches, flickers, and grackles to grosbeaks, jays, and juncos. This bird feeder provides an optimal feeding station for birds, without catering to those sneaky squirrels. It does so by utilizing a weight-activated perch that closes off under a squirrel’s weight, while your favorite birds can still access the seed just fine. Adjustable springs can be calibrated to accommodate different bird sizes and keep away large nuisance birds as well. In addition, this feeder boasts an all-metal construction to resist squirrel damage and a powder-coated finish to resist rust. For your convenience, this feeder can be hung on a hook or pole mounted to allow versatile placement (and help with your squirrel prevention measures). The removable metal roof reveals a large opening that enables easy filling and cleaning. This feeder can hold up to 8 lb of black-oil sunflower seed, hulled sunflower seed, mixed seed, or safflower seed so it’s sure to keep your hungry birds happy and well-fed.

Instantly improve your yard's appeal by installing the Newport Post from Paradise Birdhouses. The post can accommodate any of our four-sided, six-sided, and eight-sided birdhouses and feeders. It can also be used with other houses or feeders with the true 4” base collars. The Newport Post is a smooth white post constructed with heavy-duty PVC for long-lasting timeless charm. Features decorative trim and a 5-1/4” x 5-1/4” collard base. The post is 86” tall and you can install the post directly into the ground. We recommend installing the post between 18” and 24” into the ground and this will give you at least 5 feet of post above the ground. If the post is too tall you can either dig a deeper hole or simply cut the bottom of the post. Will not rust or warp. Bird house and bird feeder not included. Ships in one box. Made in the USA.

Pole is gorgeous I love the details. The birdhouse from Wayfair fit like a glove. I absolutely adore it. Con’s. No screws to attach bird house to the pole which worries me that it could get stolen. Tape that was used for packaging left residue on the pole which we needed to use paint thinner to remove the sticky residue.. Donna. US. Fri May 10 2024

This large-format, 12 cavity Bird in Hand Series Lancaster Barn 25 in x 22 in x 25 in Purple Martin House comes directly from the Amish country and is made from reclaimed and recycled materials probably from an original barn in the area. In the eastern portion of the United States, Purple martins rarely nest in natural cavities instead they nest almost exclusively in man-made housing. No other bird is as dependent on man as the purple martin is for their nesting requirement. The oldest known life span for a purple martin in the wild is almost 14 years old.

The iconic British police box functioned as a telephone kiosk or call box located in a public place for the use of members of the police or for members of the public to contact the police. Unlike an ordinary call box, its telephone is located behind a hinged door, so it can be used from the outside, and the interior of the box is, in effect, a miniature police station for use by police officers Today the image of the blue police box is widely associated with the science fiction program, Doctor Who, in which the protagonist's time machine/space ship is called a "TARDIS" for time and relative dimension in space. Constructed from exterior grade ply-board, polyresin details, and an outdoor, water-based, non-toxic paint. The feeder will hold 2 pounds of regular wild bird seed. Just slide up the roof fill it up with the seed of your choice and hang it from the heavy-duty nylon rope. The seed will spill out onto the bottom tray which also has small corner holes for drainage. Clear acrylic windows will let you know when it's time to refill.

Just as expected! And bigger on the inside!. Anonymous. Tecumseh, MI. Sun Jul 07 2024

House was easy to put together. Only change we made was to not put the perch on. We read on line that would make it too easy for squirrels to enter. We got our shavings for the inside and will be installing tomorrow. Happy with purchase.. Laura. Orland Park, IL. Sat Oct 03 2026

I have been watching this birdhouse on several sites, waiting for it to go on sale. When Wayfair had it for 25% off, I finally ordered it. The delivery took over 6 weeks, but it was worth the wait. The bird house is beautiful and looks exactly as pictured. It is quite large and will make the perfect addition to my outdoor space. The only disappointment is that Wayfair charged my credit card 5 weeks before the item arrived. I’m used to being charged when the item ships - especially when shipping times are extended.. Janet. The Paradise Birdhouse Trio is inspired by the charm of Pennsylvania Dutch Country. This delightful birdhouse features three distinct birds: a cardinal, a bluebird, and a goldfinch, all perched on logs and twigs on the front porch. The whitewash finish gives the house a rustic appearance, and it is constructed from reclaimed wood. It has a 1.25-inch entrance hole, making it suitable for small cavity-nesting birds. The birdhouse is easy to clean and has drainage holes for proper moisture control, making it the perfect addition to your garden or backyard. Use the metal hanger to display it, and keep in mind that no two birdhouses are alike.
