Really great value for the price. I like that the base is metal and the gray/white color is pleasing. The only thing that I really don't like is the arm rests are not adjustable. Otherwise a very comfortable chair that can be used for daily computer work. Also, I find the seat material a bit scratchy on bare skin so I put a nice cashmere blanket over the seat cushion.. Lca. Overall Rating 3.55 Stars – Good Functionality, Disappointing Material Quality I’ve been using this chair for approximately three and a half years, exclusively at home, and I’ve always taken good care of it. Unfortunately, the materials have started to deteriorate. As shown in the attached photo, left armrest has developed a long crack across the surface. Additionally, the seat cushion foam has started to develop an unpleasant odor, which is disappointing and makes the chair less comfortable to use. On the positive side, all the mechanical functions and adjustments are still working properly. I haven’t experienced any issues with the chair’s overall functionality. However, considering that the chair has only been used indoors under normal conditions and has been well maintained, I expected the upholstery and seat cushion materials to last longer than three years. Overall, it’s a functional chair with good mechanical durability, but the quality and longevity of the upholstery and cushioning materials could be significantly better. My overall rating is 3.5 out of 5 stars. The chair still works well, but the deterioration of the materials and the unpleasant odor prevent me from giving it a higher rating.. Ahmet. Rego Park, NY.
