The first shipment of this item resulted in a pice being defective, as you can see in the photos. The problem of defective it missing parts is unfortunately a common problem with Wayfair items, however, they have a very efficient parts replacement system online and it’s fairly easy to order and receive replacement parts. Most of the time, we have to wait for the part with the item half-built, which is not ideal, but the problem is usually resolved within a week or two. This time, however, Wayfair sent an entirely new piece of furniture And guess what! The same problem we had with the first shipment happened with the second shipment! The same piece was defective! Seriously! Not only would it have been more cost-effective to just send the replacement part, but now I have TWO pieces of furniture, both of which have the same problem. We were able to rig it up to make it work, but someone really needs to be aware that Quality Conteol was nonexistent for this item, and resolve the issue at the warehouse promptly. Because customers don’t deserve to wait around for over a week only to receive a replacement part or replacement item that is also defective.
