First of all, this couch has multiple listings on Wayfair and a competitors site. None of them had any reviews. That made us a bit wary, but it worked out well and it's really a perfect fit in our home for our needs. It has somewhat smaller dimensions for similar sectionals, which we needed, but the size of this couch with all these features... basically doesn't exist elsewhere. So it was quite a find for us. The power outlets work and save us from 1950s electrical in our home. The storage chaise is wonderful and will be used. The sofa bed option will be especially loved for those nights you really just need to stretch your legs out. It is a fairly firm cushioning, but I think that will hold up better over time, and it certainly strikes that balance between supportive and soft. The black chenille is soft. Assembly was pretty easy. Took about two hours with two of us. Came in 5 boxes and did not leave a mountain of Styrofoam for us to deal with (yay!). The instructions were not super detailed, and none of the parts were actually labeled, but it was so straightforward that it didn't matter. We did have to play around with connecting the pieces in different order to make it work, but it was fine. Price was very reasonable for the item and I think we will have it for a long time. The sofa was exactly as advertised. There were a few minor dings in the material, but I’m sure those occurred during transportation, as several of the boxes arrived damaged. You may notice in one of the photos that the console is slightly crooked. Got my chenille modular sofa piece in today, and yepstill just as soft and comfy as the old one. I’m loving that big angled back piece honestly, you could call it an armrest too, because it works as both an armrest and a backrest. And I love that every module can be arranged however you want.The whole frame is wood, and the storage space underneath is huge my daughter’s toys finally have somewhere to go. So awesome! It’s actually very nice and the price is just right. Just like the other review it’s not very plush but it’s not uncomfortable at all. I love how you can adjust the headrest. I gave it 4 stars because there’s a pink stain on one of the cushions. Also one sectional arrived damaged but it’s easy to hide so I’m not too concerned about it. Overall it’s a really nice sofa!.
