Looks nice for the price. I was hoping it would be more plush/padded. But good value. Shipping was frustrating - got an out for delivery notice and by mid day it changed to two days later. And they did not ring the bell or anything so I didn’t know it was sitting out front! Shippers problem. Not Wayfair problem. Just a frustration.. Anonymous. Goodyear, AZ. Fri Jun 12 2026

We are happy with our headboard. There was an issue with the first headboard we received, but the company was quick to reply and very easy to work with to arrange for a replacement. Unfortunately it took a little while to sort out, and it appears that the quality is somewhat inconsistent, which is why I'm only giving it 4 stars. However, I would not hesitate to buy from the same company again because of how easy it was to work with them and how willing they were to remedy the situation, plus I feel that the quality issues weren't unreasonable for the price point. We ended up with a headboard we're happy with. A couple of notes: 1) As others have said, the charcoal gray is definitely a dark brown rather than a gray, but that's what we wanted. 2) We ended up cutting about 4 inches off the legs after assembling it on the shortest setting and then mounting it on the wall instead of attaching to the bed frame. Our mattress is 13" and the bed has 9" legs, so be aware that the headboard sits pretty high out of the box.. Olga. Darien, IL. Sat May 30 2026
