Unlike traditional fixed-speed fans, this bathroom fan self-adjusts its speed to maintain consistent airflow against duct bends, dust buildup, or increased static pressure, ensuring stable and reliable ventilation over time. Based on humidity levels, the fan auto-switches between three speed modes - a quiet 30 CFM at under 50% humidity, 110 CFM above 50%, and a powerful 160 CFM at 80% or higher to quickly clear steam and odors. Simply expand the four brackets to snap the eight latches into the frame, using the provided template for accurate placement.

This bathroom fan is sleek, quiet, and easy to install. I highly recommend it!. Shawn. Oakdale, PA. Tue Sep 22 2026

Nice exhaust fan that we installed in a newly renovated bathroom . It’s quiet enough. One blade on the motor casing turned up broken - not sure if it arrived that way or if it happened during installation . We were able to glue it with super glue and it’s working great - no clicking noise . I wrote to the manufacturer and they sent me a new motor casing . I have it for the future if it ever needs to be replaced .. Jennifer. Orange, VA. Sun Jul 26 2026

Thought it seemed nice however our contractor would not put it in in strongly, suggested not having a fan with a light because it would never match the other lights in the room for color temperature therefore we sent it back. Anonymous. Tue Aug 18 2026

Caveat: I haven't installed it yet. But it arrived on time, in the expected condition, the packaging was protective, the instructions are clear (they're for a couple different models, so you have to pay attention to what model you're actually working with). I like the options of the different speeds and the night light, though I'd rather it were an actually adjustable speed fan (I'd pay more for that feature). I also don't like that the light is round but the housing is square... perhaps ideal for retrofit but I'm gutting the entire room and would prefer a sleeker look (it just doesn't seem to exist with the options I want). I am a little disappointed with the plastic-y look of the fixture itself though, and this is the real reason for the missing star. The visible portion of the housing is actually made of plastic, as advertised, not coated metal or anything... I guess that's good for rust-proofing, but... it just looks much cheaper than I'd rather. I'm hoping it will look better in a finished ceiling than it did during my receipt-inspection of it. I left the protective film on the light fixture in my photos, that will obviously look better once installed. I'll hopefully be able to update this review with additional photos and comments at that time. Post installation update: I like the nightlight feature, the fan is super quiet (it's hard to hear if it's turned on until it gets going even), but it's a very *yellow* light. I guess it does say 3000K is the color, but... honestly it looks more like 2500K lights than that. The paint on the ceiling is Sherman Williams High Reflective White (the highest LRV / "whitest" white paint they sell). So we will likely just use the nightlight and fan features, and rely on the other lights in the bathroom for actual light.. E.w.. PA. Tue Jan 04 2022

I wanted to replace the cover on an old shower fan I had in this definitely fit. It looks nice. I didn’t use the rest of the fan.. Joanne. Northville, MI. Sun Jul 05 2026

It arrived safely and without any issues. It is a medium-sized extraction fan; it does not include any lighting. I hooked it up, and—compared to others—it is quite quiet. You can hear it, of course, but the sound is not loud. It is quite powerful, and the metal base looks sturdy; however, it does not include the hose for venting moisture outdoors.. Jess. FL. Absolutely love our towel warmer. Love that it’s hardwired, it easily fits two towels. It brought a wonderful elevated feel to our bathroom renovation. ♥️. Jessica. Staten Island, NY. Fri Mar 27 2026

High Efficiency Bathroom Exhaust Fan：This bathroom exhaust fan features a high-quality motor for stable performance, delivering powerful ventilation with quiet operation. The tough housing is built to withstand high-humidity bathroom conditions. Easy to operate and versatile for different spaces.

This is a great vent fan, higher powered than what we had, and it really pulls the moisture out of the bathroom. It's a little louder than what we were used to but it makes great white noise for the bedroom on the other side of the wall.. Amanda. Chico, CA. Sat May 16 2026

Your bathroom just got a glow-up. This 13.8" width iron ceiling unit packs a 30W pure copper exhaust fan, tri-color LED, 5W Bluetooth speaker, and RGB party ring into one sleek fixture. This is a great quality light and fan but it’s much larger than I need it to be. My bathroom is very small, slightly larger than a powder room, so this won’t work for me. This fan would suit a bathroom with much more space very well.. Quinarra. Chicago, IL. Sun Aug 16 2026
