As mentioned in my customer feedback to Wayfair, overall I was very pleased with the product and the shipping. Looks like a solid piece of furniture once you get it assembled. My only complaint was at the very beginning of the assembly the four TINY screws (marked M) that helped to secure the cross slats (marked B) into the A bases were VERY difficult to screw into the cross slats themselves.. Got these on sale could not be more pleased. Ordered 100 only seen one with a weird knot that might lead to its demise and was the most noticable knot and only 5 that are mainly white one or both sides. It would have been nice to get a bundle price, would buy a pack of 32 as that's how they appear to come from the manufacturer and less likely to get broken in shipping. Only thing I regret is that they don't have rubber nonslip pads but instead the cutout (I knew that when I bought them) and half are a little long for the pant clasp, might need cut or hammer them in a 1/16 of an inch so they are easier to unclasp and extend the life by putting less stress on the metal bar..
