These knives are made with quality and have held up well considering some of the reviews I read through. A few of the reviews stated there was rusting on the knives and they weren’t dishwasher safe after all. I can confirm personally that it’s dishwasher safe and there’s zero rusting. Ceramic sharpeners are less abrasive than alternative materials and will gently sharpen knives resulting in a finer edge. This not only saves you time but is a safer, more efficient way to sharpen your knives 13-piece set includes an 8-inch chef knife, an 8-inch slicing knife, a 5-inch chef knife with kullens, a 5-1/2 inch serrated utility knife, a 3-1/2 inch paring knife, six 4-1/2 inch steak knives, all-purpose shears, and a black rubberwood storage block. Hand-wash knives with warm water and a mild detergent then rinse and dry immediately.

Incredibly sharp, the built-in sharpener is appreciated. The aluminum handles make the knives a little too lightweight for my preference. When the directions say not to sit near water or use in the dishwasher, and to dry right away when washing, they mean it. One knife already has small rust spots from drying on the dish rack. Great knives, but wish they were heavier/more dense.. Ken. Lanham, MD. Fri Sep 25 2026

High-carbon CR17 stainless steel blade. To boost its sturdiness, the steel contains 0.6-0.75 carbon. This makes it two times as hard as other knives in its class, as they contain about 0.3% carbon. Beautiful pattern: the special waved pattern blade is particularly striking (CR17 stainless steel kitchen knives, not real Damascus). Your investment is fully guaranteed. We offer a lifetime warranty and return policy. Ultra-sharp edge: it features an HRC (Rockwell hardness scale) of 57-58, which makes it among the toughest knives in its class. The thickness of this kitchen knife is 2.5mm. Ergonomically shaped handle: The blade of this chef knife is seamlessly integrated with the soft and comfortable Pakkawood handle, creating a perfect grip. The ergonomic shape strikes the right balance between the handle and the thin blade, ensuring ease of movement.
