This dresser is exactly what I needed; it's just the right size and the design is very clean and fits right in with my turntable setup. The design is very clean and I love how the drawers are flush with the walls and the handles are very discreet. The delivery was very quick, and my package arrived safely after only 3 days from ordering. This was my first time ever buying and assembling a new piece of furniture, and I did it all solo, so putting everything together was definitely a challenge. Although it took much longer than it should have (having 2 people really helps if you’re considering building this on your own), but it was enjoyable. The materials used are somewhat questionable, but it seems to be holding up quite well so far. I didn’t have any alignment issues with the rails, but the cabinet door was a bit of an issue until I remembered the instructions show how to adjust it in the last page. I noticed the drawers weren’t moving smoothly at certain points, so I realized the screws that hold the rails on the dresser walls needed to be fully flush to avoid any sticking issues. After I tightened those screws, everything worked well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and I really enjoy walking in the room and seeing this new dresser.. Gabriel. Texas. 15.5” opening (16.5” width cabinet) 15 inch pull out fit perfectly! Absolutely happy w quality and accessibility to items! Nothings lost and forgotten about. Organizes things so nicely. Make sure the pieces of wood attached to the assembly for the drawers you install left on left and right on right, there’s a little maybe half an inch height that allows the drawer to pull out smoothly. If it sits on a shelf, it attaches to the sidewall so it’s anchored sitting on the removable shelf is just extra support, but there’s no flipping because it attaches to the side walls. Second note you wanna make sure that you have half an inch to 1 inch in the back my debt in my cupboards are 23 inches. With my hinges, the board sits right behind it leaving about an inch behind it and it shuts perfectly. It does not come with measurement so my right side the opposite of my hinges I had to measure. I did also have to when I had the wood pressed up against the side. I did have to drill before I screwed the screws in. Little time-consuming, but installation was pretty simple. I would say it took me about 20 minutes per shelf and that’s because of pre-drilling the holes and aligning and measuring. As a 48-year-old woman I’ve installed 12 of these. Sturdy well crafted preassembled. If you’re sitting on the fence about pull out drawers, these are amazing. I would say if you’re wondering about the width 1.5 inches extra. A compact, clean-lined buffet that blends classic Shaker styling with everyday storage. We purchased three oak cabinets to make a buffet. All came in perfect shape due to excellent packaging. Instructions are easy to follow pictures, but we found that putting hinges on panels 2 and 3, right from the start made it easier to put doors on at the end, since it’s hard to screw on when everything is put together. The trick at the end is to make sure the hinges are in closed position then place door holes over hinge, as if the door was completely closed. Then slowly open the door and the hinge will be in correct position to screw the remaining screws on door backside. Also double check that panel 5 is in correct position with locking mechanism near panel 4, otherwise you will have the holes of the mechanism on the top side of the shelf when finished and will have to use oak stickers to cover up the silver hardware. We really liked the look of this tall rattan cabinet right away. It has a nice aesthetic and fits well with our space, and overall it wasn’t too difficult to put together compared to some other furniture we’ve assembled. The biggest challenge during assembly was getting the doors properly aligned. That part took the most time and patience, but once adjusted, it looked good and functioned as expected. The main downside for us is the drawer design. They don’t pull out very far, which makes them less practical than we hoped. Reaching items toward the back is a bit of a pain and ends up being the most frustrating part of using it day to day. There are a LOT of parts in this accent chest. It took nearly three hours to assemble. Having said that, the instructions were straightforward and it came together well.
