The beautiful tone of tone color striations and luxurious pile are the foundation of the rug. The rug is artfully handmade with a dense, yet soft rayon from bamboo silk pile and dyed with a fresh blend of tones to create the perfect accent to any decor. Simply elegant!

Absolute show stopper. Effervescent, soft durable rug. The sheen of the bamboo silk is elegant yet modest. Bamboo is also regenerative with very little resources so this is a somewhat sustainable product! (Ivory does reveal any dirt or dark fuzz, so I try to keep the animals off .). Shay. Atlanta, GA. I was looking for a hand knotted or woven rug with natural fibers that didn’t break my bank and found this one (silk and wool) on sale. It is fantastic quality. It’s textured but pretty flat, so you would probably need some sort of padding if you want a plushy feel. I have it over a 4x6 form pad (home gym pad) that I use in my room for exercises, and it’s perfect. My teen daughter loves it, too, just FYI.. Noriko. MA. Thu Mar 27 2025

beautiful rug, beautiful color, do not walk on it with shoes on.. Nahid. Pearland, TX. Mon Jul 06 2026

This hand-loomed area rug delivers a refined, clean look to your home with its solid-toned design. It’s crafted from viscose, which provides a soft and smooth texture that mimics the appearance of silk while adding a subtle sheen to the surface. This piece works as a versatile foundation that grounds your decor without competing with other design elements. Plus, the cotton backing adds extra stability and structure to the weave.

Stunning rug!! And SO SOFT! Truly excellent quality, the rug feels weighted so it stays put even without a rug pad. The color is gorgeous; depending on how the light hits it, it can look deeper or softer. The shine is beautiful. I’m completely in love, so glad I got it and already want another.. Alexis. Redlands, CA. Wed Sep 16 2026

Like sun-baked ruins along the Mediterranean, the Sandstone Taupe rug exudes relaxed sophistication. A mellow taupe field sets the stage for watercolor washes of coral, aqua, and lavender—tones that feel both nostalgic and now. Painstakingly hand-knotted from hand-spun wool-viscose yarns, the rug marries centuries-old craftsmanship with a light-infused palette, promising to age as gracefully as the artifacts that inspired it.

Good quality construction. Very nice, soft colors, though the background taupe is somewhat darker than expected and there is more yellow/gold than expected, creating a warmer overall look. The weaving pattern has faded horizontal striping, similar to the very inexpensive rugs that are everywhere today, which makes it overpriced in my opinion. The dimensions are also off, not a lot, but enough that it doesn't work well in my space (9'1"x 11'9") but that length also includes a total of 3" of fringe which makes it too short for my room. It's hard enough to risk buying rugs online, but it's very frustrating when ACTUAL dimensions are not provided.. Patricia. Jacksonville, FL. Fri Jun 19 2026

Perfect color and texture for what I was looking for. Happy with the design and quality.. Shannon. Tinton Falls, NJ. Sat Feb 21 2026

This hand-knotted silk rugs are second to none when it comes to quality. Silk fibers are much thinner allowing this manufacturer weavers to maximum the knots per square inch in a rug.
