I’m really happy with this harness. It feels very sturdy and well made, and I love having several different leash attachment points depending on what we’re doing. It fits my dog securely without looking tight around his neck or shoulders, and the wide straps seem much more comfortable than a regular collar or thinner harness. This is a great carrier -- well made and sturdy, the weather/water proof bottom to the pack is a nice feature for hiking and park days. It fits my 18 lb corgi well! The instructions were a tad quirky as I was warned against sitting or standing on it, multiple cautions about letting children anywhere near the unit, and the message that I would not be provided with any technological or electronic updates. Once I ignored those instructions I have enjoyed using it as both seat and wagon. It is quite sturdy and I appreciate the pneumatic tires. Having said that, the bike itself is very sturdy and easily functions without any sqeaking or feeling like it's not going to hold together. Upon receipt of this item, I was disappointed, thee was no box, packaging or instructions.it just arrived in a clear ziploc in a mail bag…no paper with details of ANY KIND. The setup of it was quite confusing because it’s described as “retractable” ….however, that is NOT what it is…it is EXTENDABLE. I was intending to return it but I think I will keep it ..I won’t use it for daily walks as I intended…due to inability to retract..but am thinking I will use it occasionally (at fairs or when carrying things, need to be hands from while I have the boys (my two dogs with me)…I gave it four stars due to its convenience during occasional use and it’s sturdy construction..
