The sofa is a beautiful light beige color, exactly what I was expecting. Its comfortable and works great for my needs. The assembly does take quite a while, especially if youre putting it together by yourself. One thing to note is that parts K1 and K2 were confusing because they werent labeled correctly, and the L and R labels were reversed, so I had to disassemble part of the sofa before I could continue. The box that came was huge, I’m a woman that lives alone so I just opened it right there at my door and brought the pieces up the stairs, was actually pretty easy as took the box straight to the trash. I absolutely love this couch! I measured it out with painter’s tape on my floor beforehand to make sure it would fit, and somehow I was STILL surprised by how freaking huge it was! Thankfully, it fits, and it’s also super comfortable. I had pretty much resigned myself to never ordering a couch online again after my last one ended up being way too firm. But after weeks of researching, I finally committed to this one, and I don’t regret it at all Also, you HAVE to fluff the pillows! I was a little worried after seeing some of the review photos where the pillows looked really flat, but they just need some attention. I literally punched and fluffed each one for about 2–3 minutes, and I swear they puffed right up! So if they look flat when you first unpack them, don’t panic. Give them a good beating first. Lastly, I saw a few reviews mentioning that some of the holes for the legs weren’t drilled. I almost feel like those reviewers may not have read the directions because the “missing holes” are actually on the end pieces. The middle section is the only piece where all four legs are screwed directly into the bottom. Once you follow the instructions and see how the pieces fit together, it makes sense.
