This was only my only for 2+months when I was moving. You can really cook anything in it. I cooked 2 meals a day during that time and it still looks brand new 6 months later. I ordered the creme colored enameled dutch oven. Its really beautiful. It matches my other kitchen items and looks really expensive. The first thing I cooked was smothered steak. It cooks very well and is easy to clean. They also give you some bonus items. These ceramic pots and pans are nice. I chose the green color which is very pretty. The pots are not heavy and are very durable. It cooked my food evenly through out. Also, the heat was distributed evenly so the middle of the pot was not hotter than the outsides. The only thing I have to get use to is the handle because it can’t stay on the pot while cooking. This is a very nice set of pans and pots. Love how light weighted they are yet feel strong and good quality. The green color is pretty, although much darker than I expected.
