This arrived in good shape as far as the packaging. Inside it was packed inside very, very strong styrofoam. So much so, my 200 lb husband could stand on it empty. Installation was mefium Duffy. Tightening the bolts inside was hard unless there is a plumber tool that does it easily. Profile is smaller than our old one but sits higher. There is not much space on top to set anything.. I do like the smooth sides for cleaning. I’m adding an addendum. This toilet clogs very, very easily. It is hard to unclog. I would probably change to 3 stars and not fully recommend..
