I was a bit concerned when I purchased 2 sets of the Eddie Bauer 100%flannel full size, sheet sets because of the low price. Upon receiving them they were packaged as a present with a lovely ribbon. These sheets were discounted because they were leftover holiday patterns. I chose the blue and white plaid and the pine cone patterns. Washed them and put then on the bed. They are absolutely the softest and most comfortable sheets I can ever remember using. Last night was the fist night using them, now I can't wait to crawl into bed . My husband likes them also. Inspired by pure thickness. Maybe we've lost our minds here at coma inducer or maybe we've always had a couple of screws loose??? But we've become obsessed with thick. Seriously though, who likes a weak comforter? Does anyone enjoy getting a comforter vacuum smushed in a box that looks like a flat sheet and comes with instructions to shake it out and wait 4 days? And, after those 4 days are up, it's still so thin you wonder if you were sent a flat sheet. The thought of such a comforter makes us sick! Sure, it's harder to create, produce, and ship such impossibly huge comforters that are "thicker than thick"... But isn't that the whole point? With the number of hours, we sleep (or should sleep) each night, it should be a crime to have a flat sheet-like comforter. Our thicker-than-thick coma inducer consists of 800 gsm of thick, pure goodness. Overly thick filling combined with cozy soft plush creates a deep sleep experience like no other. The color is absolutely stunning! It is Baltic blue. I got it in the king size and it comes with two shams. One side of this duvet it is soft cotton feel, while the other side is a linen that needs to be steamed and feels a bit scratchy. Hoping it wil soften with washes. As you can see in my photos, I have not gotten all of the wrinkles out yet. It is nice and lightweight, which is great for where I live. I can use this year-round. I put a lighter blanket inside the duvet cover as opposed to the usual because I live a hot state. I’m going for a rustic theme and this color is exactly what in envisioned. I do wish for this price point that I did not have to worry about steaming and or ironing. I still love this – I use it every night since I’ve had it the last few days and it’s very comfortable.
