I couldn’t be happier with this purchase. It arrive almost fully assembled, I just had to attach the back to the base and attach the arms. Required no tools and only took about 5 minutes to set up and be ready to use. The skirt is a nice added touch to dress it up a little. It softened and fell nicely pretty quickly after assembly. The product is great, however our first one was defective. Part of foam on the chair never expanded to its full size. Anytime I sat in it I would fall out of the side of the chair due to the defect. Wayfair customer service was very helpful and replaced the chair with a new one within 3 days.
