I really do like my Cuisinart Stand Mixer. It has plenty of power for the things I use a mixer for which is mostly cakes. I got a black quilted cover for the mixer to protect it from dust and keep its bowl clean. I had originally wondered how the Robins Egg Blue color would look in a stainless steel and black combo kitchen but it is beautiful. This mixer replaces my old Sunbeam twin beater mixer . Lots of assembly! Color from pic is true. Levers go up and down on the sides of the drawers to get them in the tracks. Stainless had protective coating but missing in places. Had to polish to try and get matching finish. Had to shim the counter up a bit to give the drawers clearance to freely open and close. All in all, good looking piece for the money. Would make a more solid workstation off the casters. So heavy and so many pieces, had to make it work after delivery. No way to return this. Always a risk with furniture delivered like this.. Dale. Apparently a lot of people loved this as it was on back order for about 6 weeks. I see why. This is a GORGEOUS bowl. I was looking for something to replace a piece I I had bought from Wayfair years ago - a glass urn on a metal base - that unfortunately broke. I have copper accents in my neutral grey and khaki/bisque living room - table lamps etc - and wanted something that would pull the grays, in the room, together with the copper. I looked everywhere and finally hit on this. It's perfect. I already have a stand-a-lone Cuisinart ice cream maker, and wanted an attachment to make double batches. Love this accessory to my Cuisinart stand up mixer. Today I made Raspberry Cheesecake ice cream. So yummy, and so quick. I think the attachment churns quicker than my stand-a-lone, due to the power of the mixer. My ice cream was ready in 10 minutes to layer in to a container, with a raspberry syrup I pre-made and chilled. After 3 hours in the freezer, the results are pictured in the bowl.
