Very nice bathtub for the price. The stand alone tub is very sleek and has a smooth interior finish. The tub is a very good size and a nice overall appearance. Delivery was very convenient and the drivers were able to drop the box in our garage for us. We have not installed the tub yet since our remodel is not at that stage yet. Once we install the tub I will edit my review to reflect that. So far I am very happy with the stand alone tub.. Brenna. Sahuarita, AZ. Mon Oct 26 2026

These are heavier and sturdier than I expected them to be. I have not installed them yet, but the video makes it look simple. It was nice having it all in a kit. I'm not sure the price was any savings. I'm pretty sure it came to a bit more than I feel doing it a la carte would be, but, this way they supply the right stuff up front, so I'm good with it. I got the smoky sky color, and it looks just like the online photos did.. Mike. Bend, OR. Fri Jul 17 2026

I’m in lovvvvvvve with this tub! I love how much space it has and the fact that I can actually stretch out and relax in it. We’re getting it installed in about a month, so once it’s in its permanent spot, I’ll come back and share more details and photos. A few things to know * It is very heavy, so you’ll definitely need at least two people to move it. * The packaging was excellent. It arrived securely boxed, and we had no issues with shipping or damage. * You’ll need to take it out of the box before moving it into the house, and we had to turn it on its side to fit it through the doorway. We didn’t have to remove any doors, though. * The instruction manual is very detailed and easy to follow. So far, I’m really impressed with the quality and can’t wait to see it fully installed!. This tub looks beautiful in the picture. The tub that came was not the tub we ordered, so we started the return process which showed that we would have to pay $150 freight costs. My husband talked to a representative on the phone and they said there was no way to reverse the charge because we had started a return online, so they only issued the refund for the tub cost. I contacted customer service via email listed at the bottom of the original order, explained the situation and asked for a refund of the freight cost since the we had not received the tub we had ordered. With in 48 hours I had an email response letting me know we would be refunded freight costs and it was back in our account 24 hours after that. We have ordered from Wayfair frequently in the past and this is the first time we have had any issue. I wish the original tub had been sent, but I am pleased with the customer service even if it took a little extra effort on my part.. Scott. Burley, ID. Wed Sep 16 2026
