Not a smooth leather like the photo used for the item. When reading the fine print of the product description it does indicate a rippled leather. Photo is deceiving and the look of the textured leather is cheap. Disappointed to say the least.. Cathy. Au Gres, MI. Mon Sep 14 2026

We loved this chair so much that I kept stealing it from my husband when we were watching TV and we ended up buying a second one. So comfortable! We really like that. This chair exceeded my expectations. I purchased it to replace a similar leather chair which was showing serious wear after 15 years of service. It arrived in perfect condition and the leather color matched the online photos. The stitching and craftsmanship appear to be first rate. The seat is much firmer than the predecessor it replaced; but I expect it will improve with time. I had been shopping around for a genuine leather chair, but couldn't find one in a reasonable price range that I liked. This one checked all the boxes and was also a great value. I purchased it along with the Auline 27.5" Genuine Leather Ottoman and fortunately the leather and colors matched perfectly.. Robert. Mon Oct 12 2026
