I don't know what the "45" is supposed to signify, but it is easily removed with a bit of sanding. Some of the background color will come off, but can be touched up with a medium toned scratch repair or similar product. It's a rustic finish, so it works. Handlebar and wheels need to come off. This could be difficult unless you are well versed in bike mechanics. Once packed, it is quite narrow and tips over easily.
