This cart is very well built. The material is super heavy, super thick, and definitely made for the outside elements. My husband put it together in approximately two hours. He said the directions are not great, mostly pictures as others have stated. That being said, this thing is wonderful. Stainless steel top, easy to keep clean and, it is made of resin material so it’s not going to rot. Everything is made with very high-end material. Even the screws! It has great space underneath you can have paper towels on the side and your seasonings. Plenty of room for all of your grilling gatherings. Solid five stars I’d give it more if I could! It’s nice looking and will serve its purpose. The wood is not the greatest quality, and although luckily, the parts were numbered, the instructions were not very clear when it came to installing the doors and also the fold down table extension. Regarding the doors, it’s easier to remove the hinges from the doors and install them on the cabinet first and then install the doors and attach the hinges to the doors. Regarding the fold down extension, it took us a while to figure out that because the instructions don’t show that the brackets should be offset, we finally had to attach the brackets to the cabinet first and then attach the extension. It was a nice piece after getting built which would be alot easier if they would show more detailed instructions. Top or bottom or left or right side of pieces would help a lot. Got it built and seems sturdy enough although there are some imperfections. Mine had dimples in metal top that I cannot hide but not bad enough to repack and ask for another. (See Photos) I would probably purchase again. I have purchased from Wayfair before and they always try to correct any issues. Once finally complete, it will work very nice for our needs. However, 2 very important issues in the self assembly. Instructions are a little confusing, but we have seen worse. More importantly, the thin film that comes on the pieces is Extremely difficult to remove, and Very time consuming. One part of the instructions states not to nick or scratch the rust protection covering the metal. If this thin plastic is the rust protection referenced, then the top is useless as any hot items put on it would melt this plastic film, and ruin you pan.
