It came packaged safely and nicely and when I pulled it out of the package I was excited because it was more compact than I thought it would be. Easily assembled and the water tank is in the back which is helpful that it's built into the machine and not a separate piece sticking out. It has a touch screen and has many customizable functions, grinds the beans and it was very impressive and made great espresso. Would recommend for a decently priced machine.. Midgetwarrior7. USA.
