This is a very nice, solid wood chair. Took me only 30 min to assemble and that's taking my sweet time. A clean, minimalist design is what I wanted. The velvet cushion is firm. This would also be an attractive dining chair or even a guest room accent chair. The chair back has three visibly distinct pieces that I wish were a bit less obvious.
