Introducing the revolutionary Viking Culinary PureGlide Pro 3-Ply Cookware. PureGlide Pro features a titanium cooking surface that is a game-changer for home chefs seeking professional-grade performance and healthier cooking. This innovative cookware combines the trusted durability of 3-ply clad stainless steel with a fourth layer – a cutting-edge titanium cooking surface, delivering nonstick performance without any chemical nonstick coating. Made without PFAS, PureGlide Pro is designed to deliver healthy cooking with nonstick performance. Crafted for versatility, this cookware is induction-capable, oven-safe, and designed to elevate your culinary experience with easy cleanup and superior results. Innovative Titanium Nonstick Surface The standout feature of this Viking cookware is its patented laser-clad titanium interior layer that creates a naturally nonstick surface that’s three times harder than stainless steel. Unlike traditional nonstick coatings, this chemical-free titanium layer is made without PFAS ensuring healthier cooking by eliminating the risk of harmful substances. The titanium surface offers remarkable food release, making it ideal for cooking delicate foods like eggs or fish. Its durability supports the use of metal utensils without scratching, ensuring long-lasting performance and effortless cleanup. Superior 3-Ply Clad Construction Built on top of Viking’s signature 3-ply clad -design, this cookware features an aluminum core for even heat distribution, and an induction-capable 430 stainless steel exterior. This construction maximizes heat transfer, eliminates hot spots, and reduces energy usage, allowing you to sear, sauté, braise, and deglaze like a pro. The polished stainless-steel exterior adds a sleek, modern aesthetic, while flared rims ensure drip-free pouring. Oven and broiler safe up to 600°F (315°C), this cookware is compatible with all cooktops, including induction, and is dishwasher-safe, though handwashing is recommended to maintain its mirror-like finish.

Bake, roast, and fry to perfection with Viking nonstick baking sheet. These heavy gauge baking sheets are made of commercial-grade aluminized steel to heat quickly and evenly while the double-layer nonstick coating ensures easy release and quick cleanup. This unique construction provides the strength and durability of baking with steel with the added conductivity of aluminum for exceptional heat distribution. Each sheet is reinforced with a solid steel frame around the entire outer edge of the pan. The steel frame gives each baking sheet stability, making it easy to take in and out of the oven while preventing warping. The aluminized steel construction distributes the heat evenly throughout the entire pan for more even cooking. The high walls of the baking sheet wrap around the steel frame and are designed to help keep juices and liquids in place when roasting. The nonstick coating is applied to both the interior and exterior of each sheet for easier cleanup as it prevents food from sticking to your pan. The Viking cookie and baking sheets are dishwasher safe, but we always recommend hand washing whenever possible to extend the life and performance of the nonstick coating. You can also extend the life of the nonstick coating and prevent chips or scratches by using wood, nylon, or silicone utensils. Metal utensils and abrasive scouring pads may scratch the surface but will not affect baking performance. The baking sheets are oven safe to 475°F (246°C) and are perfect for baking cookies and pastries, pizzas, roasting proteins, veggies, frying eggs or fries, and so much more. Whether you are baking cookies or roasting a chicken, these baking sheets will give you the same tools in your home that professional chefs use every day.

These work very well. Sizes are perfect for many uses.. Molly. Creve Coeur, MO. Thu Oct 15 2026

The Viking 8.5 Quart 3-in 1 Roaster is a versatile cooking vessel; use it as a conventional open roaster for poultry, meats or vegetables, add the lid to convert it into a 9 Quart (to rim) covered roaster, Dutch Oven or stockpot. Internal volume markings in quarts and liters allow for easy addition or reduction of ingredients. Use the lid separately as a 4 Quart Au Gratin, casserole, saute or serving vessel. The roaster's oval shape promotes a convection effect to heat food more quickly, while its 3-Ply Stainless Steel construction through out the vessel ensures even heating in the oven and on the cooktop when deglazing or making sauces and gravy. The mirror finish makes it a beautiful serving dish on the table or buffet. Rolled edges ensure easy drip-free pouring. The elevated stainless rack promotes even cooking and can hang from the rim of the roaster for easy draining. Both roaster and lid work on all cooktops including induction. Stovetop, Oven, Grill & Broiler safe to 600°F/315°C, dishwasher safe, lifetime limited warranty. Viking products began with a passion for cooking. Unlike your grandparent's skillet, the distinctive geometric shape is poured friendly and the stainless-steel spring handle cools down quickly.

This is beautiful and will be an amazing heirloom piece. I have 3 skillets from finex. I cannot recommend this brand enough. The pans are solid and heavy and truly are beautiful. Seasoning and reseasoning is something that I actually like to do to keep them non stick. These pans sit on my stove and they are what we us 95% of the time. Do it! They will last your lifetime and through your children’s lives. The pan comes unseasoned so the color is more bronze, after seasoning they will be black. I’ve attached a photo of my pans that are several years old for comparison. Also get a lid!!. Kori Ann. Odessa, TX. Tue May 18 2021
